high school football coach who publicly kneels alone in silent prayer at the

completion of competitive matches on school grounds acting within the scope

of his official duties or exercising free speech as a private citizen?


II. Under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution, is a public

school district justified in asserting an Establishment Clause defense when

placing a high school football coach on administrative leave for publicly

kneeling alone in silent prayer on school grounds at the completion of

competitive matches?
